John Holman bought by Insurance Holdings

Lloyd’s brokers will now trade as Carroll Holman and CEO Andrew Holman will focus on developing tech solution Websure.

Lloyd's broker John Holman & Sons has been bought by Insurance Holdings for an undisclosed sum and will now trade as Carroll Holman.

John Holman is a broker in the motor and mid-net worth space.

CEO of John Holman, Andrew Holman, said the two businesses were a strong match.
