Nexus buys Millstream Underwriting
MGA makes its second purchase of 2015.
Nexus Underwriting Management has bought City of London based Millstream Underwriting, an independent managing general agency (MGA) specialising in travel personal accident and sickness insurance covers, primarily underwritten on a business to business basis.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The move follows on from the purchase in August of specialist MGA and Lloyd's service provider EBA Insurance Services.
