Axa leads Brokerbility survey
Network’s survey of key insurer partners puts Axa top for satisfaction and claims and Aviva highest for underwriting.
A survey of its insurer partners by network Brokerbility has placed Axa highest for overall satisfaction with the insurer reaching 84.46%.
Axa also led on claims performance with 84.64% and accounts reaching 93.20%. Aviva came top for underwriting with a score of 77.30%.
Brokerbility said that the bi-annual survey is a key component of the Brokerbility manifesto, which outlines its commitment to putting customers at the heart of its strategy by improving service standards and enhancing
