Amanda Blanc: New Axa structure is business as usual for brokers

CEO says business has better control than in the past as two divisions set to re-merge.

Amanda Blanc has stressed that there will be no detrimental impact on brokers from Axa's reorganised structure which takes effect on 1 January 2016.

Her role as chief executive officer of commercial lines and personal intermediary will be expanded to include personal direct and partnerships.

Paul Evans, Axa UK and Ireland chief executive, said the integrated business, which reverses the two divisions being split in 2010 to deal with underlying issues, will help the provider to achieve its growth
