Director Paul Saunders says it is easier to obtain finance compared to four years ago but brokers must prepare strong case.

It's easier for brokers to obtain lending from banks now than it was four years ago according to Paul Saunders, the director of Integritas Financial Solutions.

The organisation is a commercial finance broker that has a facility through the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) to help members access credit to grow their business.

"Lending in this sector is still driven by the appetite of the major clearing banks and one or two new entrants," Saunders said.
