The CMA publishes draft order after motor market report
The draft order includes compliance requirements for insurers and aggregators.
The Competition and Markets Authority is consulting on a draft order to show how changes resulting from its investigation into private motor insurance will be introduced.
The final version of the Private Motor Insurance Market Investigation Order 2015 will be published in March after a further consultation which will close on 6 February.
