Roberts steps down as Innovation CEO
Andy Roberts to leave role at insurance software provider next year.
Andy Roberts is to step down as Innovation Group CEO at the end of 2015.
Jane Hall, current group finance director will take up the role of chief executive for business services from January 2015.
The news came as Innovation revealed that it is also set to acquire Ema, a motor service plan specialist, for £46m. Innovation said the deal would increase the group's scale and position in the UK marketplace.
The group also reported preliminary results for the 12 months ended 30 September 2014 showing
