Aviva confident of growth in 2015, says Bayles
Insurer has implemented painful changes and now believes it can turn its attention to increasing market share.
Aviva is heading into 2015 confident that it has the platform to achieve growth after what could be described as a tumultuous couple of years.
Phil Bayles, the insurer's intermediary and partnerships director, told Insurance Age that in many respects it's a case of back to the future for the company.
It has returned to the way it used to do much of its business.
He described 2013 as a year of change, this year as being one of delivering on that change and next year will be about making
