Cobalt Underwriting expands capacity with AIG deal
Companies enter a partnership to deliver Shariah-compliant commercial insurance.
AIG has struck a partnership with Cobalt Underwriting to market Shariah compliant commercial insurance across a broad range of risks worldwide.
Cobalt signed up with Capita Insurance Services in May last year and also announced a real estate insurance deal with Willis this June.
The managing general agency already has capacity through both XL and QBE.
AIG's participation will enable Cobalt to provide increased capacity in property, casualty and financial lines, and also offer new capacity for
