Keating promises no “Dear John” letters from UK General
Provider to reduce commercial agencies from 1,500.
Mike Keating, commercial managing director at UK General, has confirmed that the insurer will not be sending "Dear John" letters to brokers telling them the relationship is over.
"It is all face to face," he told Insurance Age. "We are not sending out letters saying ‘that's it, see you later'. We are gradually going through [the list]."
