Biba 2014: Consultation on raising broking standards launched
Raising standards within the sector has moved to the top of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association’s agenda following the completion of the segmentation and governance strands of the trade body’s strategic review.
Addressing delegates at Biba's annual conference in Manchester today, chief executive Steve White unveiled a consultation entitled ‘A Pathway to Raised Standards'.
The consultation, which will run for three months, aims to gauge the level of support from Biba member firms as to whether they believe industry standards need to be improved, and if so, what is the best way to achieve this.
