Aqua turns to Hiscox for senior underwriter

Matthew Webb will work on high net worth and specialist motor product Aurum.

Aqueduct Underwriting (Aqua) has snapped up former Hiscox man Matthew Webb as senior underwriter.

Webb - who boasts experience in specialist motor insurance broking and underwriting - will focus his attention on high net worth and specialist motor product Aurum.

Ashley Cole, head of Aurum, said: "Matt's past experience means he already understands the dynamics of this business and therefore his arrival gives us greater scope to continue to expand our offering through brokers."
