Paymentshield appoints Co-op's Bowen to customer role
Company adds new position to senior management team.
Paymentshield has appointed Jon Bowen to the newly-created role of customer service director.
He will report directly to Tim Johnson, CEO, Paymentshield and joins from Co-operative Banking Group where he was head of customer relations.
The Towergate-owned company detailed that Bowen will have management responsibility for a number of areas including the customer contact centre, broker support and overall customer operations.
He brings over 15 years of customer service experience to the role and
