20 jobs at risk in Groupama restructure

Francois Xavier Boisseau

Groupama Insurances has confirmed 20 jobs are at risk as it 'restructures its central support functions' in a move to reduce expenses and boost efficiencies.

The provider announced that - as part of the changes - marketing and communications director Jamie Marchant will leave the business with immediate effect.

Groupama insisted that the proposed changes are unrelated to the acquisition by Ageas.

Groupama said that the changes will see the marketing department refocused to become a specialist PR and communications
