Arag teams with PR firm to provide crisis management

Short-term economic outlook remains 'confusing'

Legal expenses insurer (LEI) Arag has teamed up with public relations firm Chelgate to offer crisis management support as part of its policies.

Arag said it was the first LEI to launch such a service. The provider said it came after having received a number of enquiries from customers asking for immediate assistance in dealing with an issue.

The tie-up will aim to limit adverse publicity and, in a statement, Arag confirmed: "Whether dealing with a single press enquiry or a gathering media circus, the crisis communication service can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year."

As part of the service, Chelgate will be able to prepare
