
CBG division exits Giles in MBO

According to the Manchester Evening News, the buyout of CBG Financial Services, which was sold to Giles as part of the £5m CBG deal in September last year, was led by Steve Rees and Mike Carpenter.
The company, which has 17 staff, will continue to operate from its current base in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
Mr Rees said: “We are delighted to have completed this deal, which ensures the future of CBG Financial Services.
