Jubilee hits back at Kiln’s “first” claim

Jubilee Managing Agency has dimissed Kiln’s claim of being first to market with a new insurance product to protect mobile phone users from ID theft and unauthorised payment as “not true”.

Kiln made its claim in October. However Jubilee has countered that in July 2011, Insurance2Go launched a digital wallet protection cover for tap and go mobile payment technology which was developed and underwritten by Jubilee's affinity and special risks team in conjunction with Citymain.
