Victor Millwell unveils Aviva Direct deal for motorhomes
Victor Millwell has bought the rights to new policies and renewals for Aviva Direct business on motorhomes.
Peter Cue, managing director of Victor Millwell, told Insurance Age the deal was struck in February since when the systems have been set up and tested. "We are Aviva's chosen route to market as we have more expertise than they have," he said.
He continued: "The primary reason behind this [deal] is we felt there were good synergies as we know more about it [motorhomes] than them."
According to the broker there are around 200,000 motorhomes in the UK and while he was unwilling to reveal figures
