
Banks' "immoral" conditional lending still alive and well

In October last year, Insurance Age exposed the practice of banks using conditional lending to the detriment of other brokers. These brokers felt that banks were pressurising small commercial clients seeking loans or overdraft extensions to take out insurance with their preferred broker.
