Groupama sells healthcare arm to Simplyhealth
Simplyhealth has today announced that it has reached an agreement to purchase the UK healthcare business of Groupama Insurances, subject to the required regulatory approvals.
Groupama Healthcare will be rebranded as Simplyhealth following completion of the necessary legal business transfer. The insurer said it anticipated that this would take between three to six months.
