Somerset Bridge swings back to loss after MGA changes
Somerset Bridge Group returned to loss-making territory in 2025, one year after moving from red ink to black.
Arch Re bought the business in 2021, a year in which it lost £49.1m.
Deficits of £32m in 2022 and £13m in 2023 followed, before it turned profitable in 2024 with a £14.4m post-tax result.
