Swinglehurst's accounts in lockdown

According to the Evening Standard, Swinglehurst has been unable to pay employees over a dispute with the tax authority. The insurer refused to indentify the nature of the dispute or the amount involved.
The firm, which was founded in 1999, is being allowed to continue its business by the Financial Services Authority and is hopeful that staff will be paid within days.
Swinglehurst has 35 employees and is headquartered in London.
