bribery

Matthew Woodford, partner at law firm Browne Jacobson, gives his thoughts on the Government's decision to postpone the implementation of the Act.

Mr Woodford discusses the reasons for delaying the Bribery Act 2010 and whether it will impact the actual legislation.

He then outlines the parts of the Act which have specific relevance to brokers and flags up areas of concern.

In next week's video he will provide more detail on what brokers will face under the new law and will offer advice on how they can best protect themselves.
