CBG teams up with Chartis and MPS Risk Solutions to launch healthcare division
CBG Group has launched a specialist division as part of its “ambitious drive” into the healthcare provider market.
Palm - a standalone division of the Manchester-based broker - will offer specialist cover to corporate healthcare organisations for all professional liabilities. This includes medical malpractice, which CBG claimed is an area often avoided by many insurers.
The new initiative is a joint venture between CBG, MPS Risk Solutions and Chartis Insurance Company and follows the broker's acquisition of Rockbridge Healthcare in November 2010.
