The sad loss of our publisher and friend Alex Broad

alex-broad

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the devastating news that Alex Broad, publisher of Insurance Age and sister title, Professional Broking, sadly passed away in early October.

Alex joined Timothy Benn Publishing, which was later acquired by Incisive Media, in the summer of 1998 to work as features and supplements editor on Post Magazine. After various journalistic roles within Incisive Media, in 2004 she moved from journalism into a wider publishing role when she was appointed publisher of Insurance Age. In January 2006 she added Professional Broking to her portfolio.

Both magazines flourished under Alex's leadership and this did not go unnoticed by her customers
