Risk management/claims: CLS launches accident management service
Co-operative Legal Services (CLS) has launched a one-call accident management service for brokers and insurers.
The new service has been designed to offer the full range of assistance needed to get motorists mobile and claims resolved following an accident.
CLS Accident Management aims to provide a simple one-call claims reporting service that will take responsibility for services including at scene assistance and recovery, replacement vehicle provision, underwriter notification and liaison, repair management, salvage solution, claims management, legal expenses insurance and online repair tracking
