FSA faces claims of endemic racism following report leak
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has been accused of fostering a culture of racism following the leak of an internal report to the Observer newspaper by a member of staff.
The newspaper revealed that senior staff at the regulator had been described as "untouchable" and were criticised for indulging in racist behaviour. The report, which was sent to the FSA in September last year, was the culmination of a diversity climate questionnaire completed by 1,800 employees.
The report said that
