FCA cancels insurance distribution business’ permissions
The Financial Conduct Authority cancelled Professional Liability Network’s permission to carry out regulated activities on 11 September 2026.
The Essex-based firm had been authorised since 14 January 2005 for insurance distribution and designated business activities.
The regulator listed the firm has not been replying to correspondence and has not paid overdue fees and levies.
According to the watchdog, the cancellation has come about due to the firm failing to prove it is fit and proper and not being open and co-operative.
