MMA Group, which includes MMA Insurance and Swinton, has launched Gateway Insurance Company, a new general insurer based in Gibraltar and licensed to underwrite personal lines business. Gateway commenced trading this month with a full-cycle private motor product on the SSP software system. Product distribution will be through the Swinton branches with its customers having access to cover via telephone, internet and face-to-face.
