Broker-focused insurer MMA has pledged to broaden its commercial property proposition, after Insurance Age received a complaint from a broker regarding its 'blanket approach' to underwriting in this sector.
George Buchanan of West of Scotland Insurance in Greenock said that while trying to obtain a quote for a company in Glasgow city centre via the insurer's website he was suprised to discover that the area was out of bounds.
