An apprenticeship training programme has produced encouraging results for Lucas Fettes and Partners, insurance and finance specialist. Paul Rostron and Gareth Carter are the company's inaugural insurance apprentices and are currently in their first year of training. Based at Lucas Fettes' Manchester offices, both have completed initial insurance exams in half the normal time. Both are employed as account handlers, Mr Rostron in the wholesale division and Mr Carter in the retail commercial side
