In line with this strategy, former regional manager for the North, Kevin Cleary, has been promoted to senior regional manager, and will spearhead the UK regional operation. Headquartered in the firm's London office, Mr Cleary will be targeting high-quality regional independent brokers initially in the South-east, with a plan to develop a close relationship with at least 25
