Polaris has finally secured the support of Acturis for the imarket initiative after lengthy negotiations.

Acturis has agreed terms with Polaris for imarket integration, bringing the number of software houses who have committed to integration to five.

Meanwhile, Sirius has yet to commit to Polaris but told Insurance Age it was in active discussions and expected to make an announcement soon.

Polaris had already struck deals with Cheshire Data Systems (CDL), insurE-com, Misys and Software Solutions
