A survey of insurance sector lawyers has revealed that a significant minority are concerned that the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) Treating Customers Fairly initiative will create an unfair imbalance in favour of customers. The survey looked at the FSA's work in relation to insurance-policy terms and conditions. Undertaken by international law firm Pinsent Masons, it found that 70% thought the regulator's work would not create an imbalance but a significant minority (30%) disagreed.
