The amount of business underwritten through Moorhouse Xbroker doubled during 2005 with £1.6m in new business was written. The company, works with 1,700 broker partners, stated that gross written premiums would reach £8m by the end of 2006. Products are underwritten by a panel of UK composite insurers with same-day policy issue and up to 20% commission to brokers. A range of new products will also be made available later this year.
