
The FSA announces new phase of its work
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has announced a new phase of its work designed to improve sales standards in the payment protection insurance (PPI) market. The new thematic work builds on two earlier phases in 2005 and 2006, and will include mystery shopping and an programme of follow-up visits with firms that were previously identified as deficient as well as those firms not previously visited.
