Public fleet risks 'must be cut'

A leading insurer has urged public-sector transport managers to get streetwise this winter and cut the rising cost of road accidents involving fleet vehicles.

Zurich Municipal said public-sector firms must bring in a raft of risk management measures to reduce the number of crashes and deaths in which they are involved.
