Allianz Cornhill has become the first insurer to go live with an engineering product on the e-trading platform imarket.
The insurer's Computer Policy is the first of two products, and will automatically include a 10% rate reduction on policies sold through the portal. The policy covers computer equipment, computer media, data reinstatement and additional expenditure. A specific computer insurance policy will also cover risks such as loss of information caused by breakdown, damage or corruption.
