Perkins Slade announce top management changes
Having recently announced that the company had discontinued its investigation of finding a merger partner and re-affirmed its strategy of remaining an independent Company, largely owned by its employees, the Perkins Slade Board has announced the following appointments as part of its management succession plan.
David Slade becomes (non executive) chairman of Perkins Slade Nick Tamblyn, previously financial director, is promoted to managing director of Perkins SladeThe Company's Independent non executive Director, Harry Towers, announced his decision to retire from the Board of Perkins Slade effective 31/12/08.
He will be replaced in this role by Ron Forrest, the former Perkins Slade non executive chairman.
