QBE expands Manchester team
As part of its drive to create regional centres of empowered underwriting excellence for property, motor, casualty, professional indemnity and trade credit QBE, has in recent months recruited six key players to its Manchester office from the local underwriting market.
Anna Spink, previously with Affiliated FM and Chubb Insurance, has been appointed as senior property underwriter and is joined by Matthew Rigby as property underwriter from AIG Europe. Both bring some 20 years of experience in the regional insurance market.
Joanne McCulloch, who has some 14 years of experience in the Manchester insurance market, most recently with Brit Insurance, has been appointed senior motor underwriter with Jim Butterworth, formerly of Allianz, joining as fleet underwriter.
