Junction lands RAC deal

Junction has signed a new five-year contract with RAC to provide motor insurance products and services to new and existing customers.

For the first time, Junction has integrated its own customer contact system externally so that calls can be taken by RAC's existing contact centre, rather than through Junction's in-house advisors.

Documentation fulfilment and pricing, along with other back-and middle-office processes are handled by Junction. The contract includes new business sales and renewals using Junction's systems throughout.
