RSA introduces a new line up for brokers – Team RSA
In response to feedback RSA will be introducing dedicated broker focussed teams to support the needs and wants of its brokers.
Over the coming weeks RSA will be visiting brokers to introduce their new team. As part of the changes, the following new roles have been created:
Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM).Trading Partner.The SRM will lead the RSA team, which will include a Sales Partner, an Operational Service Delivery Partner, Claims Service Delivery Partner and a Trading Partner. Other people from across the business including Accounts, E-Business, HR and Marketing will join the team where required.
