This means that the vast majority of claims are managed for clients in a highly efficient and prompt manner - it also means that from time to time the risks inherent in managing a claim for a client to the broker can be overlooked.
Let's look at a hypothetical example; a client of many years' standing suffers a factory fire, machinery and premises
