SRG discloses UK deal prices as international dominates 2025 spending spree

Specialist Risk Group picked up a record bill of £403.8m across seven deals in 2025, with the majority spent on international expansion as it moved into Europe and Asia.

The total outstripped the £327.3m outlay in 2024 and the £62.5m in 2023; however, the cash paid out (£161.4m) was lower than previously.

Private equity house Warburg Pincus and Singapore-headquartered investor Temasek completed the purchase of SRG in September 2024.
