In their first individual task the six hopefuls have to pitch to Axa’s Ryan Birbeck and Alasdair Stewart

Their challenge is to persuade the Axa experts to back their marketing campaign for the insurer’s real estate offering.

Birbeck and Stewart are looking for who understands the product best as well as who has the most imaginative ideas and creates the clearest messages to grab brokers’ attention.
