The golfing glitterati of the insurance world gathered at the idyllic setting of The Grove in Hertfordshire last month for the final of The Zurich Insurance Masters.

Review of the day

The inaugural event, held on 12 October in association with Insurance Age, was a keenly contested affair over 18 holes.

Behind the smiles, bonhomie and remarks about a glorious day and fabulous setting lay deadly intent among many of the tournament’s 50 participants.
