Marsh UK chief executive Bruce Carnegie-Brown has urged brokers to follow its lead and revise their business models following the Spitzer allegations against its US parent Marsh and McLennan.
Addressing the Insurance Institute of London, Carnegie-Brown warned that, unless brokers clearly communicated their strategies, mistrust would dog broker/client relationships.
"Broking has to change and the largest brokers have started. Marsh is working towards a new model but how fundamentally it changes
