When I read Tony Cornell's Agenda piece this month I admit to thinking, thank goodness that someone else has noticed the sad fact that many brokers are terrible at marketing and PR. I am sorry if readers feel this comment is harsh, but I agree with Mr Cornell when he says: "PR also has a strong role to play in a broker's image within its peer group and the industry. Brokers seem to fall into two camps - those who seek publicity and those who shun it."
