Broker Network members will have to ensure they comply with the
Financial Services Authority independently as the network has decided not
to take responsibility for its members'. Grant Ellis, managing director,
said: "It is apparent that, as with financial services networks, appointed
representative status will attract a more attentive and thereby
potentially more onerous monitoring regime."
