Alexander Forbes Channel Islands has acquired The Shepherd Group of Companies. All 13 members of staff at Shepherds will join AFCI, bringing the company's total staff in the Channel Islands to more than 70. Trevor Gray, managing director, AFCI, said: "This acquisition further strengthens our position. Shepherds has an excellent reputation in the upper end of the market providing solutions to major local businesses and high-net-worth clients."
